As a mage, it’s very embarrassing to be in the water-type. Although it’s a battle profession, the attack is very weak. Most people use it as a support profession.

Fuck, what actually happened to our protag? Why did he suddenly became indifferent to those girls? Where did the kind-hearted person go. He simply became stingy when his life is actually improving. Where is the claim of author that the character/character development actually make sense. Tbh, i agree that it makes sense on the early chapters but now, it don’t. His reasoning that there should be a just give and take is simply an excuse to me. I have only read until chap 36 but it frustrates me that he simply started to care about worldly possession when he himself claimed that his life has been improving. This really don’t make sense to me at all. It is like someone is boiling water in a kettle but instead of boiling, it actually froze. Well, this is just me ranting my frustration and honest opinion so i hope that no one takes offense and take it as a valid criticism. As i have said, i am still just in ch 36 so i still don’t have idea about future development. Anyway, apologies for the long rant.

actually, what suo jia is doing is actually trading, the protagonist is still kind hearted but the world there is that the strong eats the weak, and if you want to be strong, you must be ruthless and merciless. You said he started to care about worldly possessions but its not true, he does not really care about worldly possessions, but more on things that increases his power and training speed. He is more on bringing people with him to the greater trade routes where the strong is situated. At the start he have no money, therefore he have to use owe favours to people which he hated to do so. in the world, favours is the hardest things to return, not returning them can damage a person’s reputation. so at the start, he started to owe other people’s favour at the start then return them with a big surprise.

Well the protag at the start is actually naive and as he goes on in the series, he matures as he gained knowledge and understanding.

      Chinee dropped it.

However, Taffy will continue translating and host it at her own blog.

I am trying to convince her to continue hosting here or at the very least, make some proper index for her blog.

Otherwise, it would be very inconvenient for the READERS to find a certain chapters…

There are no Search function nor an Index on her Blog last time I check 🙁

Well, I only knew about CCM being dropped literally the day it happened, so I hadn’t had any time to prepare, and I’ve also been extremely busy. There was obviously no point in making an index in my WP before this, since I have nothing there. I had planned on making an index from the beginning, when it was first dropped. It just took a while. It’s done now though.
